Trout Lake Overview

Press Manor Trout Lake is a beautifully situated 5.5 acre fly fishing lake, set in the Peak District around 5 miles north of Matlock and 6 miles south of Chesterfield.

The lake is well stocked with Rainbow, Brown, Blue and Brook Trout, along with some natural Brown Trout.

With average stocked fish over 2lb, mainly bank fishing, boat access, and good on-site facilities, it is an ideal setting for a relaxed and rewarding day’s fishing.

Concessions are available for disabled anglers, over 65s and under 16s.
On 2 trout tickets, your first 2 fish are kept, then fishing continues on a catch and release basis.
